PRAZ, Law PhD, for her thesis &#8220;L&#8217;entreprise de l&#8217;un des \u00e9poux en droit matrimonial&#8221; (published in 2018 by Schulthess Editions, volume 375 of the works of the Faculty of Law of the University of Fribourg). This thesis presents the legal situation of a married couple where one of the spouses operates a business. It deals with the questions raised in terms of general effects of marriage and matrimonial regimes in this context and suggests possible tools to arrange the patrimonial relations within a swisNot Prize in gratitude for his outstanding contribution to the development and application of Swiss civil law.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Steinauer has written numerous reference works on the law of natural persons, matrimonial property regimes, inheritance law and real property rights.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his university lectures, he has given countless conferences and participated in numerous seminars, including the annual swisNot seminars, at which he has given Swiss lawyers the benefit of his exceptional scientific and pedagogical skills.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style
