data-end=\"466\">To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the notarial network swisNot is releasing a commemorative volume of M\u00e9langes devoted to contemporary issues in Swiss corporate Law. The collected contributions take stock of the recent reform of corporate law and explore a number of significant practical questions, including shareholders\u2019 meetings, the recording of corporate resolutions, ESG considerations, corporate restructurings, and organizational shortcomings. Almost fifteen years after his earlier involvement, Professor Jean-Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Maraia once again contributes to swisNot by putting forward proposals to amend the rules on transposition. Most of the subjects addressed in the volume were also discussed in presentations delivered at the continuing education conference held on 6 November 2025 in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the
