und Olivier JACOPIN, Notar und Rechtsanwalt, in St-Aubin<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Verrechnungssteuer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bei der Verrechnungssteuer handelt es sich um eine direkte Bundessteuer auf dem Kapitalertrag (insbesondere Zinsen auf Bankguthaben und Obligationen, Dividenden und s\u00e4mtlichen in Geld (Schweizerfranken) messbaren Leistungen an die Aktion\u00e4re). Der Verrechnungssteuersatz betr\u00e4gt 35%. Die in der Schweiz wohnhaften Empf\u00e4nger von Kapitalertr\u00e4gen k\u00f6nnen die R\u00fcckerstattung der Verrechnungssteuer verlangen, sofern sie die Steuern auf dem Verm\u00f6gen, dem Einkommen und dem Gewinn begleichen. Im Ausland wohnhaften Personen wird die Steuer nur dann zur\u00fcckerstattet, wenn dies in einem mit dem Wohnsitzstaat vereinbarten Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen vorgesehen ist.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Beziehungen zu unseren Nachbarstaaten bestehen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich solche Abkommen zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung sowohl von Einkommen und Verm\u00f6gen der nat\u00fcrlichen und juristischen Personen (Abkommen vom 11. August 1971 zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiete der Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Verm\u00f6gen; Abkommen vom 30. Januar 1974 zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft und der Republik \u00d6sterreich zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiete der Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Verm\u00f6gen sowie Vereinbarung vom 5.\/6. Dezember 1974 zwischen der Schweiz und \u00d6sterreich \u00fcber die Durchf\u00fchrung der Entlastung bei Dividenden, Zinsen und Lizenzgeb\u00fchren; Abkommen vom 9. September 1966 zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft und der Franz\u00f6sischen Republik zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiete der Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Verm\u00f6gen), wie auch von Erbschaften (Abkommen vom 30. November 1978 zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiete der Nachlass- und Erbschaftssteuern; Abkommen vom 30. Januar 1974 zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft und der Republik \u00d6sterreich zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiete der Nachlass- und
