November 2023 wurde Herrn Professor <strong>Denis PIOTET<\/strong> der 4. swisNot-Preis f\u00fcr seinen aussergew\u00f6hnlichen und unerm\u00fcdlichen Einsatz namentlich zugunsten des notariat latin w\u00e4hrend seiner gesamten Laufbahn als Professor und Autor verliehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seit seiner Dissertation im Jahre 1981 ver\u00f6ffentlichte er zahlreiche Werke, in denen er sein Fachwissen und seine Verbundenheit mit den Grunds\u00e4tzen des Rechts \u2013 der Rechtssicherheit und anderer wesentlicher Werte \u2013 zahlreichen Praktizierenden weitergibt. W\u00e4hrend seiner \u00fcberaus erfolgreichen Karriere stellte Professor Piotet sein aussergew\u00f6hnliches akademisches Wissen jederzeit in den Dienst des Notariats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So zeichnete sich Professor Piotet als Leiter des Zentrums f\u00fcr Privatrecht und des Lehrstuhls f\u00fcr Notariatsrecht an der Universit\u00e4t Lausanne und als Herausgeber der \u00abChroniques de jurisprudence notariale\u00bb (ver\u00f6ffentlicht im Not@Lex des Schulthess Verlags) auch stets durch sein Engagement f\u00fcr eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung der Anwendung des Schweizer Zivilrechts.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Steinauer hat zahlreiche Standardwerke verfasst, insbesondere zum Recht nat\u00fcrlicher Personen, zu den ehelichen G\u00fcterst\u00e4nden, zum Erbrecht und zum Sachenrecht.<\/p>\n<p>Neben seinen Vorlesungen an der Universit\u00e4t hielt er unz\u00e4hlige Vortr\u00e4ge und nahm an zahlreichen Seminaren teil, darunter die j\u00e4hrlichen Seminare von swisNot, bei denen er die Schweizer Juristen von seinen aussergew\u00f6hnlichen wissenschaftlichen und p\u00e4dagogischen F\u00e4higkeiten profitieren
