Die Beitr\u00e4ge ziehen eine erste Bilanz der Revision des Aktienrechts und beleuchten zentrale praxisrelevante Themen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Generalversammlung, der Dokumentation gesellschaftsrechtlicher Beschl\u00fcsse, ESG-Fragen, der Umwandlung von Unternehmen sowie organisatorischen M\u00e4ngeln. Zudem kn\u00fcpft Herr Professor Jean-Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Maraia nahezu 15 Jahre sp\u00e4ter erneut an swisNot an und unterbreitet Vorschl\u00e4ge zur Anpassung der Regelungen zur Transponierung. Die meisten Themen wurden im Rahmen der Weiterbildungsveranstaltung vom 6. November 2025, die in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakult\u00e4t der Universit\u00e4t Genf durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, auch m\u00fcndlich pr\u00e4sentiert.<br \/>\nDer Band steht unter Professor Andrea Bonomi ist der wissenschaftliche Herausgeber und wir danken ihm herzlich f\u00fcr die ausgezeichnete Zusammenarbeit. Diese &#8220;Mischungen&#8221; sammeln zum einen die professoralen Beitr\u00e4ge zur Europ\u00e4ischen Verordnung \u00fcber G\u00fcterst\u00e4nde, die im Rahmen des 3. Tages des internationalen Verm\u00f6gensrechts am 16. September 2021 gehalten wurden, der vom Zentrum f\u00fcr vergleichendes, europ\u00e4isches und internationales Recht (CDCEI) der Universit\u00e4t Lausanne und swisNot mitorganisiert wurde.
