Taxes and trust
If the beneficiaries in a revocable trust, named after a „letter of wishes", have neither a right nor the authorization over this trust, they are qualified as non-involved third parties. In the following their names cannot be disclosed by the tax authority (decision of Federal Administrative Court of the 1st July 2011).
