To mark the 10 Year anniversary of our network, the Notaries who belong to swisNot have together published an anniversary publication (a ten-year cooperation by notary publics on inter-cantonal sectors). This anniversary publication contains articles on current issues encountered during a notary's daily practice, notably electronic public documents, inventory of inheritance, reoccurrence of a donation, certification of contracts for work in connection with contracts for sale of land, asset management and international inheritance planning.
